GRUPO BATACHA

 

The name of our band is actually Batacha which in Afro-Cuban means "Fun", "Good Time." Our band has the flavor of the Caribbean, we can play a mean Salsa or a sweet Bolero, a fast Merengue or a traditional Cumbia. We sing in Spanish, English and Portuguese, in a variety of rhythms. Our band is made up of musicians from Cuba, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Dominican Republic and the U.S.
